Future-Fit Academy (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We only collect what we need. That may include your name, email address, organisation, role, region and anything you choose to tell us when you fill in a form on this site, sign up to hear from us, download a paper, or get in touch about coaching, immersions, Learning Journeys, events or practitioner training. Like most websites, we may also collect some information automatically, such as the pages you visit and the type of device and browser you use. This helps us understand how the site is used and doesn't identify you personally.
We use your information to send you what you've asked for, such as a paper you've downloaded; to reply to your enquiries and arrange our programmes; to send you our newsletter, with occasional news, papers and invitations, if you've signed up or ticked the box when downloading a paper; and to improve this website and what we offer. We won't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time by getting in touch, and we'll take you off our list.
We use trusted service providers to run this website, send emails and manage enquiries, and they only use your information to provide those services to us. This website is hosted by Webflow, and the details you give us through our forms are stored in HubSpot, which we use to manage enquiries and send our newsletter. Both store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Otherwise, we'll only share your information if the law requires it or you've agreed.
This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep it working properly and to understand how people use it, including HubSpot cookies that record which pages are visited. If you fill in one of our forms, this lets us connect your visits to your details, so we know which papers and programmes you're interested in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Get in touch and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you have a question or concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us and we'll do our best to put it right. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
