From the ancient woodlands of Springwood Farm in the South East of the UK, to the rugged coast line of Southern Australia at Barragunda Estate, our nature immersions are where Future-Fitness becomes an embodied learning.
We begin to experience that it is not just about learning from nature, where nature is still seen as an object ‘out there’, we move towards participating in nature, where the felt sense of separateness softens and we experience ourselves as connected rather than separate from it.
Gathering around the fire in dialogue, sharing stories and exploring ancient wisdom practices, we can experience deep shifts in our perception and can put us more deeply in touch with our soul’s purpose.
Nature Immersions can be single to multi-day immersive experiences in nature with practices specifically designed to help ease our sense of human-nature separation and gain an embodied knowing of life beyond the illusion of separation.
We hold regular open immersions for individuals, and design bespoke immersions for groups. Visit our events page to see what's coming up, or sign up with your email to stay in the loop. For a tailored immersion, get in touch via our contact page.

Sixty acres of ancient and semi-ancient woodland and wildflower meadows, once part of Victorian parkland – a secluded haven for deep transformation work. Fire circles, wild swimming, woodland walks, meditation sit-spots and outdoor embodiment practice, with an all-weather Arrival Hall and covered spaces around the fire pits if it rains. Just 50 minutes direct from London by train, then a 10-minute cab from Three Bridges or Haywards Heath. Clients often remark on the presence and potency of the place, and how it holds deeply transformative work for individuals and teams.

On the rugged eastern tip of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, Barragunda spans 1,000 acres of native bushland and a regenerative mixed farm, on the lands of the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. Its name is said to honour the thunderous roar of the sea along the cliff-edged coast. Immersions are hosted in glamping tents for groups, with solo overnight sites for individuals and small groups, and you're nourished with nutrient-dense food grown on the farm and served by Barragunda Dining beside the market garden.
