A Learning Journey is a facilitated peer-learning group, led by Hayley Morris, of up to eight leaders. The group meets online monthly over seven months. Each session is supported by pre-reading, a selected episode of the Keys for Future-Fit Leadership podcast and journal reflection prompts.
Through individual reflection, group discussion, deep listening and working with real organisational and leadership challenges, participants explore how to put Future-Fit Leadership into practice.

We work at the intersection of horizontal and vertical development. Horizontal development is the knowledge we gain — the frameworks and models drawn from the reading. Vertical development is the inner growth that comes through personal reflection and peer learning to support us towards Embodying Future-Fitness. The Future-Fit Leadership themes explored include:
Introduction to Future-Fit Leadership
The Shifting Worldview
The Living Organisation
The Vertical Shift: Transformation in Leadership Consciousness
The Inner Journey
Activating Our Super Nature & Embodying Future-Fitness
Alongside these themes, the group work with the real leadership questions participants are navigating, as participants are encouraged to bring their challenges, opportunities or general enquiries into the group.

Hayley has created a safe and inviting space to explore new ideas, challenging us to grow whilst learning and supporting each other. It has been wonderful to have the opportunity to reflect on how we can lead with greater awareness and contribute to a truely regenerative future.

The learning journey has given me a safe place to discuss the material as I read, listen and digest. Many of the concepts are familiar but I haven’t always had words or ways to describe them. Hayley gently guides us and at times offers some theoretical direction allowing the group to determine its own pace and make new discoveries along the way.
